Booking and payment

When you book an appointment you are taken to our secure online booking provider, which collects the details needed to arrange your appointment and process payment. Their own privacy policy applies to that information.

Your health records

Information you share with us during consultation and treatment is kept confidential and stored securely, in line with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Chiropractic Council's standards. It is used only to provide your care, and is shared only with your consent or where the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal requirements on keeping health records.
